WESTMEAD CAMPSITE RULES

Welcome to Westmead Campsite we hope you enjoy your time camping here for Chippenham Folk Festival. Campsite opens at 10am on Friday 26 May 2023.

This Campsite is run by Festival Volunteers with the help of our Security Crew. They are all here to help keep the site safe for you. If you have any problems, please contact one of the Campsite Crew or Security at the site entrance.

During your stay we ask you abide by the following rules:

• Please keep to the speed limit 5mph
• No littering, please dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided. Waste is collected and sorted for recycling off site.
• Please keep roadways clear at all times.
• No Ground Fires
• No disposable Barbeques (tin tray)
• No Loud music or offence language
• Once on site please avoid moving your vehicles till you intend to leave.
• Nappies, Blue paper, Sanitary product and wet wipes must not be put in the toilets.
• Please clean up after your dogs
• Please Park close to your tent
• Property left unattended at own risk.
• Please respect the other campsite users and staff
• Please make sure your Elsan waste is emptied into the tank provided and nowhere else.
• Fire Points are located around the site please do not remove or use the equipment unless in the event of a fire.
• Please depart the Campsite by 11am Tuesday morning 30 th may 2023.
• Failure to comply with these rules may lead to removal from the site

Fire Safety Regulations state caravans must be at least 6 metres apart and awnings and tents at least 3 metres away from other awnings, tent and caravans
